Epson’s low phase noise M-Series TCXOs

Tight stability and superior aging

► Zur deutschen Pressemitteilung

Munich, November 8, 2018 – Epson Europe Electronics (“Epson”) presents the TG2016SMN and TG2520SMN TCXOs with a supply voltage of 1.7-3.36 V that deliver superior performance to enable stable and reliable communications and are designed for wireless applications such as Wi-Fi, GPS, cellular, LPWA for IoT, and 2-way radio.

M-series TCXOs use an Epson-developed and fabricated IC and MHz crystal. Through this technology, Epson’s M-series TCXOs achieve very low phase noise of -164 dBc/Hz @ 26 MHz, tight frequency stability < ±0.5 ppm, and superior aging < ±0.5 ppm/year over the industrial temperature range.

Epson’s M-series TCXOs are available in industry-standard miniature sizes (2.0 x 1.6 x 0.80 mm3 and 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.81 mm3) covering common frequencies 10 MHz up to 55 MHz.

Features

  • Epson MHz crystal + IC
  • Low Noise Floor: -164 dBc/Hz @ 26 MHz
  • Tight temperature stability over industrial range: ±0.5 or ±2.0 ppm -40 to +85 °C
  • Superior aging: < ±0.5 ppm/year
  • Small Sizes: 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.80 mm and 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.81 mm
  • Standard frequencies: 10 MHz - 55 MHz

Epson’s M-Serie TCXOs

Besondere Merkmale
